Mattermost
Monitoring Notifications Delivered via Incoming Webhook
The DockRay integration with Mattermost automatically sends application monitoring alerts directly to selected Mattermost channels. Your team is notified about issues immediately, without having to constantly check the DockRay dashboard.
Monitoring Alerts in Mattermost
DockRay can send notifications to Mattermost when monitoring detects an event that requires your team's attention.
Notifications can include:
- application or website downtime,
- expiring SSL certificates,
- performance issues,
- new errors and exceptions,
- sudden increases in error rates.
Notifications in the Right Channels
You can send alerts to Mattermost channels used by the teams responsible for developing and maintaining your applications. This ensures that information about issues reaches the people who need to respond.
Messages can include information about the project, event type, detection time, and the most important context needed to quickly assess the issue.
Account and Project Configuration
You can configure default Mattermost settings for your entire DockRay account and then override them for individual projects. This allows different applications to use different channels or teams.
Quick Access to the Issue
Notifications can link directly to the event details in DockRay, where your team can review additional information and start troubleshooting.
